• Garden data (plants, beds, schedules you create in the app)

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Firebase and other trusted third-party services for data storage and processing.

Delete your account

You can delete your Ortaia account and all associated data at any time:

• Open the Ortaia app
• Go to Profile
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account

This permanently removes your account, garden data, photos, and all personal information from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

If you are unable to access the app, contact us at privacy@ortaia.com and we will delete your account within 30 days.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at privacy@ortaia.com to exercise these rights.
